Ian McAvity, President and CEO
The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ian McAvity, a director of the Company since 2004, as acting President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McAvity has twenty-four years’ experience as a director and/or officer of public companies in addition to his more widely recognized reputation as a technical analyst of precious metals and other markets in the “Ian McAvity’s DELIBERATIONS on World Markets newsletter which he has written continuously since 1972. He is also well known as a featured speaker at a wide range of precious metal and other related conferences in North America and Europe over the last thirty years. He shared Mr. Taylor’s ambitions for Duncan Park and intends to continue leading the Corporation towards the goals of creating shareholder value through exploration in northeastern Nevada, with technical guidance from fellow director Larry Kornze and the Corporation’s chief geologist Gregory Griffin.


Harold J. Doran, C.A., CFO
Mr. Doran is a Chartered Accountant with 45 years experience who presently provides business and accounting services primarily to owner-managed enterprises. He is a retired partner from the Toronto office Deloitte & Touche LLP, of one of the Big Four International accounting firms, which he joined as a partner in 1975. While with Deloitte he was responsible for the services to a number of large public and smaller private companies. He has lectured in accounting and auditing for the University of Toronto at the Undergraduate and Masters levels.


TECHNICAL TEAM

Larry Kornze, Director
Larry Kornze retired in 2001 from Barrick Gold Corporation as general manager, exploration for Mexico and Central America, a position he held since 1996. From 1987 to 1996, he served as US exploration manager for Barrick Gold Corporation Inc. Mr. Kornze holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a director of European Goldfields Ltd.


Gregory L. Griffin, Chief Geologist/Regional Manager
Gregory Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from California State University, Chico. His more than 20 years as an exploration geologist has provided him with abundant hands-on experience and skills for economic mineral exploration. Mr. Griffin worked as Senior Project Geologist for Barrick Goldstrike Mines Inc. for more than 10 years. He has experience working with a spectrum of precious metal deposits, from disseminated sedimentary-hosted gold (Carlin-type) deposits, ancient and modern volcanic-hosted epithermal deposits to Archean shear zone and Greenstone terrains. This experience comes from working extensively in Nevada and North America, as well as China and West Africa.


Alexander Po, Consultant
Alexander Po is a consultant for Duncan Park Holdings Corporation. Alex is a registered Geologist with an MEng and PGeo with more than 30 years experience as an exploration geologist.
