Ian McAvity, President and CEO

Mr. McAvity has served as a director of Duncan Park Holdings Corporation since 2004 and as its acting President and Chief Executive Officer since 2008. He has more than 25 years’ experience as a director and/or officer of public companies in addition to his role as a noted technical analyst of precious metals and other markets in the “Ian McAvity’s DELIBERATIONS on World Markets” newsletter, which he has written continuously since 1972. He is also been a featured speaker at a wide range of precious metal and other related conferences in North America and Europe over the last 30 years. He currently serves as a director Central Fund of Canada Limited (TSX & NYSE/Amex) and as the lead trustee of Central Gold Trust (TSX & NYSE/Amex) and Silver Bullion Trust (TSX). Mr. McAvity is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of each of these reporting issuers. In addition, he is also a member of the Audit Committee of Silver Bullion Trust.

Harold J. Doran, C.A., CFO and Secretary

Mr. Doran is a Chartered Accountant with 45 years experience who presently provides business and accounting services primarily to owner-managed enterprises. He is a retired partner from the Toronto office Deloitte & Touche LLP, of one of the Big Four International accounting firms, which he joined as a partner in 1975. While with Deloitte he was responsible for the services to a number of large public and smaller private companies. He has lectured in accounting and auditing for the University of Toronto at the Undergraduate and Masters levels.

Eric P. Salsberg, Director

Eric Salsberg was appointed a director in 2001. He is Vice-President, corporate affairs of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. and has served as a director of several publicly-traded companies including Lindsey Morden Group, FCA International Ltd., Biron Bay Resources Ltd., European Gold Resources Inc., Valu-Net Corp. and Bricol Capital Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from the University of Toronto. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1971.

Ian McAvity is a world-renowned technical markets analyst and strategist, with more than 30 years of experience evaluating the metals industry.

Larry Kornze, Director

Larry Kornze retired in 2001 from Barrick Gold Corporation as general manager, exploration for Mexico and Central America, a position he held since 1996. From 1987 to 1996, he served as US exploration manager for Barrick Gold Corporation Inc. Mr. Kornze holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a director of European Goldfields Ltd.

David R. Shaddrick, Director

Mr. Shaddrick has 40 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has been an officer, director and technical advisor for public and private companies; is active in several professional societies and has published numerous papers in technical journals. He has participated in the discovery/development of several ore deposits and has extensive experience with the ore deposits of North America.
 
Mr. Shaddrick holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. in Geology from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He is a “Qualified Person” as defined by NI 43-101 and holds designations as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) from the American Institute of Professional Geologists and is a licensed geologist (LG) in the state of Washington, USA.
