Eric P. Salsberg
Eric Salsberg was appointed a director in 2001. He is Vice-President, corporate affairs of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. and has served as a director of several publicly-traded companies including Lindsey Morden Group, FCA International Ltd., Biron Bay Resources Ltd., European Gold Resources Inc., Valu-Net Corp. and Bricol Capital Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from the University of Toronto. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1971.

Ronald Arnold
Ronald Arnold is the founder of Dalron Construction and has served as president of the residential developer and builder since 1969. The Sudbury, Ontario-based company has twice received the Ontario Builder of the Year award, sponsored by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program. Mr. Arnold is also a director of Titanium Corporation Inc., a publicly-traded company.


Larry Kornze
Larry Kornze retired in 2001 from Barrick Gold Corporation as general manager, exploration for Mexico and Central America, a position he held since 1996. From 1987 to 1996, he served as US exploration manager for Barrick Gold Corporation Inc. Mr. Kornze holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a director of European Goldfields Ltd.
